Resources

I believe financial freedom should be as inclusive as possible. Please feel free to use the information here if you think it helps. They’re not recommendations specific to you, and I’m just happy to share some of the tools, learnings, and experiences I use to achieve financial freedom:

  1. Roadmap to Financial Freedom: A roadmap to financial freedom is here to guide you on your journey. I am also constantly updating the contents of the site so please feel free to send me your comments or requests. The 9 Big Steps to Achieve True Financial Freedom is a detailed description of this roadmap.
  2. Other Services: When you’re ready to take the next steps, our Other Services include memberships and mentorships to provide tailor-fit and in-depth analysis that’s unique to your situation plus some much-needed support and an accountability partner.
  3. 3rd Party Partners: Outsource other tasks by using the Fiverr marketplace. From logo designs to marketing plans and virtual assistants, the global network of freelancers will most likely have you covered. Gain exposure to international markets such as the US Stock Market with an eToro account.
  4. Downloadable products are available to make the process easier through presentation and automation.
My journey:

These steps describe the path I’m currently on. I live a comfortable life and have no complaints at all. But it’s not quite true financial freedom as I describe it — having the choice to do whatever, whenever, wherever, with whomever. I hope to achieve my dream in 5 years, and I hope we can sustain this blog long enough to hear about yours! Let’s be on this journey together. Keep me posted, I’d love to hear where you’re at!

Other Services*

When you’re ready to take the next steps, our Other Services include memberships and mentorships to provide tailor-fit and in-depth analysis that’s unique to your situation plus some much-needed support and an accountability partner.

(*I’ve decided to hold this service and maintain independence.)

3rd Party Partners

Grammarly (Online Editor)

Have error-free write-ups, emails, online comments, and more with Grammarly. They have a paid version that checks tone and plagiarism, but I use the free version. Click “Try Now” to create a free account and download the Chrome extension for free.

FreshBooks (Accounting for Non-Accountants)

Keeping track of your business with accounting can be quite daunting for non-accountants. Fortunately, FreshBooks was designed specifically for small businesses with this need. Our partner link includes a 30-day free trial and you can cancel anytime. No credit card required.

Fiverr Marketplace (Global Freelancers)

Outsource other tasks by using the Fiverr marketplace. From logo designs to marketing plans and virtual assistants, the global network of freelancers will most likely have you covered.

Use the search bar below to test it out, or create a free account here. (Related: How to Use Fiverr to Boost Productivity)

Insurance (Life and Non-Life)

I don’t know if you should get insurance or not. And I’m not one to say it’s absolutely necessary. (Because it’s a risk-return tradeoff. See The Risk and Return Trade-off Applied in Real Life (Uncommon Examples))

But I do know there are, unfortunately, a lot of unreliable financial advisors out there. If you’re looking to get insurance (life or non-life), I’d be happy to introduce you to people I personally trust in the insurance industry.

Send me your details and we’ll get back as soon as we can. Securely enter your personal details at https://freedomlocker.ph/insurance.

Interactive Brokers (International Diversification)

The gold standard for international investing just got better. Read more about it: Interactive Brokers from the Philippines: Waived Fees, Funding, and More

eToro (International Diversification)

Diversify your portfolio and gain exposure to international markets with an eToro account. eToro is the world’s leading social trading network.

Payoneer (Payments Solution)

Among the many benefits of Payoneer is having your own USD, GBP, JPY, SGD, and CAD accounts! It’s such a versatile platform. I use it when I want to get paid in USD without the PHP conversion.

If you use this link and get paid a total of $1,000, you and I (yes, both of us!) get $25 credited to our accounts.
